In an interview with Bill Bennett, Paul Ryan references the work of white supremacist Charles Murray:

PAUL RYAN: “Your buddy Charles Murray or Bob Putnam over at Harvard, those guys have written books on this. Which is, we have got this tailspin of culture in our inner cities in particular of men not working, and just generations of men not even thinking about working and learning the value and culture of work. “So, there’s a real culture problem here that has to be dealt with.”
Paul Ryan went on to say
“We got to have the courage to face that down, just like we did with welfare reform in the late 1990s. And if we succeed, we can help recitate this culture. And get people back to work, and get people back to meeting their potential.”
I noticed Paul Ryan left out a few facts:
* January 20, 2009 Paul Ryan Plotted To Sabotage US Economy with Newt Gingrich (here)

* GOP Block Obama's Anti-Outsourcing Bill

* GOP block Obama's Jobs Bill

* Eric Cantor walks out of Budget negotiations

* GOP shut down government

Charles Murray:

Charles Murray wrote that people who live in poverty are "born lazy."

“Try to imagine a … presidential candidate saying in front of the cameras, ‘One reason that we still have poverty in the United States is that a lot of poor people are born lazy.’ You cannot imagine it because that kind of thing cannot be said. And yet this unimaginable statement merely implies that when we know the complete genetic story, it will turn out that the population below the poverty line in the United States has a configuration of the relevant genetic makeup that is significantly different from the configuration of the population above the poverty line. This is not unimaginable. It is almost certainly true.”
—“Deeper Into the Brain,” National Review, 2000
Southern Poverty Law Center website states that Charles Murray is a White Supremacist
Charles Murray,
Date of Birth:  1943
Ideology:  White Nationalist
a fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, has become one of the most influential social scientists in America, using racist pseudoscience and misleading statistics to argue that social inequality is caused by the genetic inferiority of the black and Latino communities, women and the poor. According to Murray, disadvantaged groups are disadvantaged because, on average, they cannot compete with white men, who are intellectually, psychologically and morally superior. Murray advocates the total elimination of the welfare state, affirmative action and the Department of Education, arguing that public policy cannot overcome the innate deficiencies that cause unequal social and educational outcomes.
Bill Bennett:

Bill Bennett is not only friends with White Supremacist Charles Murray, in 2005, Bill Bennett was disciplined for saying that the crime rate in America would go down if all African American babies were aborted.

September 2005 - William Bennett, host of "Morning in America," responded to a caller to the show by saying that aborting African-American babies"would be an impossible, ridiculous, and morally reprehensible thing to do, but the crime rate would go down."
So, it appears, that Paul Ryan defers to white supremacist Charles Murray and Ayn Rand's fictional book to draw conclusions on issues.

Oh, and I might add, speaking of "lazy" -- Paul Ryan will only work 113 days this year and still get $174,000.00 + perks.

That means lazy-ass Paul Ryan & his colleagues are milking the taxpayer to the tune of: $1,539.82 per hour.

End Congressional Welfare!
