Trump & his lawyers new BS for sale: ‘Trump could shoot & murder the FBI Director to stop the investigation into his Russian ties and he could not be prosecuted, and he can Pardon himself.’
And what are Mitch McConnell & Paul Ryan saying or doing about Trump’s claim that he can murder people and not be prosecuted? Nothing. Not one damn word.
Col. Morris Davis explained McConnell & Ryan’s lack of response very well; they have no balls.
Trump & his lawyers know know they are lying about Trump’s immunity from prosecution for murder. So the question becomes, why are they selling that whooper to Trump’s Fux News fans?
They’re selling it to give Trump’s army ammo for when Trump is indicted.
See, it’s my opinion that Trump and his lawyers know a) Trump is guilty and b) the Grand Jury may be about to indict Trump for crimes.
Trump’s lawyers also know, or should know, that the Watergate lawyers and Ken Starr lawyers concluded that a sitting US President can be indicted.

This conclusion does not imply that a President must be required to serve an actual prison term before leaving office. The defendant President could remain free pending his trial and the trial court could defer any prison sentence until he leaves office. The defendant President may petition the courts to exercise its discretion in appropriate cases. It is one thing for the President to petition the court to exercise its discretion; it is quite another for the President to announce that he is above the law and immune from criminal prosecution.
The rhetoric from Trump and his lawyers “Trump could shoot FBI Director and not be prosecuted” is more than outrageous, it’s dangerous. In my view, that is a call to incite people to commit physical violence against former FBI Director Comey.
Trump and his lawyer’s new BS is so insane and Fascist that the next thing ya’ know, they’ll be spewing out:
‘Trump could shoot & murder AG Sessions to stop the investigation into his Russian ties and he could not be prosecuted, and he can Pardon himself.’
and
‘Trump could shoot & murder women who accuse him of sexual assault, and he could not be prosecuted, and he can Pardon himself.’
and
‘Trump could shoot & murder contractors who sue him for failure to pay his bills, and he could not be prosecuted, and he can Pardon himself.’
The crimes that Trump and his lawyers are begging for Trump to immune from prosecution from are staggering.
Trump is acting the way many guilty act and is saying things guilty people say.
So, like I said, it is my opinion that Trump and his lawyers are intentionally selling this new BS for Trump’s Fux News fans because they know Trump is guilty of committing crimes, and they may feel that a Grand Jury is about to indict Trump.
